We paddled at False Creek today..ick The water is SO nasty! I got a face full of water (yes, my mouth was open..I was yelling) and my lips were numb for half an hour! It's that nasty! That polluted and THAT much like being in a toilet! lol We ended up placing 1st in our heat, at the end of the day. We placed 3rd and 4th in order to get there in the other 2 heats, but they put us up against internationally ranked teams at the beginning. We dressed up like "Women in Black" for the occasion..as it's a theme regatta! We also won 2nd place for our costumes..ya, that got us 2 cases of beer..woohoo..lol Hope you enjoy the pictures!
